Dear Dust Family,

As we get back to production we have established some client and employee protocols ​to help minimize the risk of exposure to the virus and the risk of spreading the virus. These guidelines must be followed at our studios as it is in our best interest to make our environment safe and sanitized for you, your crews, and our employees. ​Dust Studios LA is legally operating as a phase 2 non-essential business and is compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines. Recommended Health and safety actions have been taken into place, along with constant monitoring of our staff and crew.

Client PROTOCOLS

• Stay home if you are sick

• Refresh ourselves on proper cough and sneeze hygiene. Sneeze or cough into a tissue, or the inside of your elbow.

• Avoid touching your face.

• Wash hands regularly if possible once every hour.

• Catering​: We highly advise that productions do individual food orders for their teams to

  prevent cross-contamination.

• Be conscious of ​social and distance awareness from others when possible of at least

  6ft apart.

• Mask will be required at all times inside the studios. Please make use of outside

  space if needed.

• Signs will be posted throughout the studios with proper sanitary etiquette instructions.

• Have a safety meeting for your crew before your shoot commences

Dust Studios LA Employee & Equipment Protocols

• All employees' temperatures will be checked every morning​ before the commencement of work.

• Equipment, like before, will be prepped and staged in the studios the day before the rental to limit contact with people.

• Social distancing from clients at all times.

• Refresh ourselves on proper cough and sneeze hygiene. Sneeze or cough into a tissue,

  or the inside of your elbow.

• Avoid touching your face.

• The Dust team will wear masks at all times.

Dust Cleaning Protocols

• All equipment rented will be cleaned before and after each rental.

• Equipment will have organized areas designated as sanitized and unsanitized before going back out on rental.

• Rental vehicle cabs are disinfected between each rental and use by each

  employee. Notices of cleaning date and time are posted in each cab.

• Commonly used surfaces and high traffic areas will be wiped down regularly

• All facilities will be professionally cleaned before and after each booking.

Dust Studios PPE & Amenities: Upon ReQUEST

• Dust Studios will provide a pop-tent outside with safety markings 6’ feet apart.

• Dust Studios will have sanitation stations w/ complimentary disinfecting wipes up to 9oz, hand sanitizer up to 250ml, and hand soap up to 16oz. Additional amounts are available for purchase upon request.

• Masks and gloves will be available in inventory for customer purchases upon request.

• All restrooms will be properly stocked with hand towels, disinfecting sprays, and as before with touchless trash cans.
